And since stressful situations, while we are alive, we can not avoid, stress is prescribed by fate as a bitter medicine - this is what affects our health, success and ultimately on the happiness of personal life. So try to find the positive side in stress, but do not relish it. Be optimistic, believe that everything will be as it should be, even if it is the other way around.
