I can justifiably state that I have worked for and with Jim Henson, Ted Turner and Don King, so diverse has been my career. After 28 years with United Press International where I started as a newsroom runner, merged into journalism and ended as Director of Sales for Europe, Africa and the Middle East.I joined CNN International and stayed ten years where I eventually became Vice President Business Development. I then joined Don King Productions in Florida where I was Director of International Sales for six memorable years. In between UPI and CNN I spent two years with Jim Henson Enterprises. Upon retirement I decided to concentrate on my writing and my first novel, 180 DAYS, was published and the response has been encouraging. My second novel, 15 Days,is now in paperback or can be downloaded to Kindle. My third, TERRA NOVA, is also available as a paperback or for downloading to Kindle via Amazon. I married my wife Patricia in 1961. We have two sons. Scott is a professional musician with an impressive c.v. that includes working with some of the biggest names in jazz and popular music. Christian, the youngest, is IT Director with a firm of solicitors. He is now a regular member of the England Touch Rugby team which was runner up in the recent Touch Rugby World Cup. My wife and I have just celebrated our 53rd Wedding anniversary by returning to our honeymoon hotel in Banyalbufar, Mallorca. A life that began in poverty has been enriched by my family, my friends and by those with whom I have worked over the years.
