Lloyd Griffith is a city planner for a city that is on the verge of collapse. Thankfully one neighborhood has been able to keep the city under budget by just having a gravel road. But Lloyd and his new girlfriend Lilly are in for a wild ride when that gravel road suddenly makes itself heard in some pretty loud ways.
