ABOUT HILDA CHASIA Szternfeld SMITH Hilda Chasia Szternfeld Smith was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada to survivors of the Holocaust. She was a self-realized child; filled with wonder and curiosity, which led her to express a true love and passion for the arts, music, and education throughout her life. She now lives in Calgary, Alberta where she gives workshops and private sessions in meditation and other body, mind, and spiritual practices.
