Sarah is used to waking up in strange places.

Her multiple personalities are not aware of one another. But this time is special. She is in a hospital after brain surgery to cure her condition.

The personality that checked into the hospital is not Sarah, however, and Sarah learns that in the past seven years, she has married, and then killed her husband in the last few days.

She is now in a race to stay ahead of the police while she finds out what her other selves have been doing with her life.

To find out, she must let the other personalities take over, and she is not sure they won't stay in charge after they have control.

Facing two kinds of death, Sarah must look for a third option.
