Claire Farmer is an experienced leader across a number of fields, including education, local government and the corporate sector. She is a former headteacher and an ICF accredited professional coach with lived experience as an autistic woman. She uses her breadth of experience to support organisations in becoming inclusive, particularly around neurodivergence through, her company NeuroDIVE. She is co-Chair of Autistic Girls Network charity and has been a keynote speaker at the Women and Health conference for Leigh Day alongside Andy and Amanda McCulloch, and also at a number neurodiversity celebration events, including The Autism Show.
