David Baldwin is truly a miracle. Diagnosed with severe mental illness as a young college student, he was bound by spiritual forces of evil for 11 chaotic and confusing years. Thankfully, this was not the end of his story, but just the beginning. A divine appointment in a psych office led to the discovery of a local church and deliverance ministry where he began to learn the ropes of Christian discipleship and spiritual warfare. These two fundamental spiritual disciplines, discipleship and deliverance, proved to be the recipe for success in overcoming SMI. Baldwin's testimony is "for such a time as this" as so many Americans are bound by mental illnesses ranging from PTSD to OCD and SMI and so many points in between. Now a husband, father, businessman, and minister, Baldwin is motivated to help other Christians experience the empowerment, freedom, and fullness of life found only in Jesus.
