Dr. Mouj Yousef tended to explore literary sociology, meaning that she addressed the topic of women and literature from the perspective of the image of women in literary action. Her research was rich in its literary material, which took women as the center of discourse. This, in terms of methodology, is a transformation of the topic from being a discourse to being a space for revealing the image of women in literature. This is revealed through the stereotypical images of women that expose the stereotypical discourse in terms of it being a traditional discourse, meaning that the image is copied and not invented. Here is the moment of exposure and revelation, as the image in which women appear is the image stored in social memory.
