Wolfgang Cassing is a retired professor of theoretical physics at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen. His expertise lies in the phase space dynamics of classical and quantum mechanical many-particle systems, which is reflected in his textbook Transport Theories for Strongly-Interacting Systems. His present textbook series Theoretical Physics Compact also includes Electrodynamics, Quantum Mechanics, and Quantum Statistics and Thermodynamics.
