Marisol es escritora, periodista y conferenciante. Hasta la fecha ha publicado ocho libros y ha participado en varios más, siendo Las cenizas del último fénix. La caída su novela más reciente. Es también la creadora de Mitologeando, una serie de vídeos en redes sociales dedicada a la mitología griega, romana y nórdica. Actualmente ocupa el cargo de Directora de Comunicación en CLABE. Comenzó a escribir la saga Las Crónicas del Ángel a los doce años, y fue publicada por primera vez cuando solo tenía catorce.
