M. Y. Yusliza of Universiti Malaysia Terengganu is a prominent scholar in sustainable human resource management (HRM), with expertise in green HRM, employee green behavior, and AI in HRM. She has published over 125 articles in indexed journals, earning 4,000+ Scopus citations. Recognized among Stanford's top 2% scientists (2021-2023) and ranked in the top 0.05% globally in HRM by ScholarGPS, her current research integrates HRM with blockchain, the circular economy, and ESG.
Douglas W. S. Renwick is Associate Professor of Sustainable Work at Nottingham Business School, U.K., and Visiting Professor at Nova Business School (Ghana), having been Senior Research Fellow, Rennes School of Business (France), and Visiting Professor, WU Vienna (Austria). He researches green HRM, circular economy, sustainable workforces and green jobs/skills. Dr. Renwick has published 38 journal articles, 8 edited journal collections, 7 books, 23 chapters, 27 conference papers, symposia and workshops, and 16 case studies, discussion and other papers.
Jing Yi Yong is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Management and Marketing, Taylor's University, Malaysia. She holds a PhD from Universiti Sains Malaysia, where she delved deep into her passion for exploring the antecedents and outcomes of green human resource management, unearthing invaluable insights into sustainable organizational practices. Her scholarly work has appeared in high-impact journals such as Journal of Cleaner Production, Business Strategy and the Environment, Journal of Environmental Management, Benchmarking: An International Journal, Industrial and Commercial Training, and the Journal of Management Development. Dr. Yong is also an active reviewer for international journals and conferences. Her research interests include green human resource management, intellectual capital, sustainability, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. She is a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional, reflecting her commitment to advancing sustainability practices aligned with globally recognised reporting standards.
Nurul Liyana Mohd Kamil is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at Universiti Malaya. She was a Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics and focuses her research on leadership, voice behaviour, work performance, and green HRM. She is Associate Editor of Institutions and Economies and has taught internationally under Erasmus+. Her work is published in top WoS journals, including the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology and Leadership and Organization Development Journal.
