Dr. Larry Ruddell has graduate degrees in counseling (The Ohio State University), theology
(Westminster Theological Seminary), business (University of Houston - Clear Lake), with his
Doctorate in Leadership and Information Systems from the University of Houston. He served as
Navy Chaplain with the 2nd Marine Division, has started and run his own computer consulting
company, has traveled to over 35 countries in mission work and most recently served as Associate
Professor in Business for Belhaven University as well as Dean of their Houston campus. Dr. Ruddell
received the business faculty scholarship award from Belhaven University for his book on business
ethics; Business Ethics - Faith That Works, 2nd Edition and he continues to write and consult. His
other books include Database Management for Business Leaders: Building and Using Data Solutions
That Work for You and contributing author of Sports Ethics for Sports Management Professionals.
Dr. Ruddell is the founder and current dean for the Alliance Theological Seminary at The One
Church at Bethel's Family. He also serves as VP of Academic Affairs for MINTS International,
a global mission to deliver quality, affordable and contextualized theological education to the
nations. Dr. Ruddell also has a passion for helping organizations achieve maximum success through
organizational alignment founded on core values through his nonprofit; The Global Institute for
Ethical Leadership.
