a county located in the U.S. state of Tennessee. It is named in honor of
Felix Grundy. As of 2000, the population was 14,332. The 2005 Census
Estimate placed the population at 14,608. Its county seat is Altamont.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 361
square miles (935 km²), of which, 361 square miles (934 km²) of it is
land and 1 square miles (2 km²) of it (0.16%) is water.
