Brenda Jean Cowling was born on 11 February 1969 and lives in Cornwall, just outside a
beautiful seaside town. She works with SEN and primary school children, a role she deeply
loves and finds both rewarding and meaningful. Brenda is a proud mother to three grown
children, one daughter and twin sons, and a devoted grandmother to her first granddaughter,
who was born exactly 112 years to the date the Titanic sank.
Echoes From the Deep is Brenda's first book. She felt called to write it following a period of
spiritual work that began in July 2024 after attending a past-life workshop and experiencing
regression therapy. Through this journey, Brenda came to believe she had lived a past life
connected to the Titanic, offering an explanation for her lifelong fear of water and her deep
emotional connection to the ship.
As she began writing, Brenda realised that many moments from her childhood and adult life
aligned with this discovery, bringing clarity, healing, and peace. Messages, signs, and
guidance, including those she believes came from her late father, gently led her toward this
awakening.
Written from the heart, Echoes From the Deep is a memoir, a spiritual journey, and a past-life
remembrance. Through her story, Brenda hopes to offer readers hope, healing from grief,
understanding of fear, and reassurance that the soul continues beyond one lifetime.
