Frank Juergler, Dipl.-Ing., studied Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Manufacturing Technology at RWTH Aachen University, Germany. Over the course of his career, he has gained more than three decades of experience in Quality Planning, Quality Management, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Supplier Development, and Process Improvement across the automotive and aerospace industries. He began his professional career with automotive suppliers, where he worked in Quality Planning and Quality Management, including responsibilities as a Design and Process FMEA specialist, and participated in numerous APQP projects. In 2005, he joined Airbus, serving in positions including Lead Supply Chain and Quality Manager, Supply Chain Quality Specialist, and Lead Assessor for Industrial Process Control Assessment. His work focused on supplier development and the implementation of APQP principles throughout the global supply chain. Today, he advises companies in the Aerospace Industryon implementing advanced quality planning and quality management methods, with a particular focus on APQP. He is the author of several technical books on Quality Planning, Quality Management, and systematic Problem Solving, published by Springer. |
