Finn Olesen has been Full professor in Macroeconomics at Aalborg University from January 2011. He has also served as the Head of research in Macroeconomics at the Department of Economics and Management (now Aalborg University Business School) from January 2011 until December 2022. Prof. Olesen has published numerous articles and books within the fields of Macroeconomics (including Post-Keynesian economics), History of economic thought (general and the economics and methodology of John Maynard Keynes), Economic Methodology, European Integration, Economic teaching and Ethics.
