HN Staples is an author, poet, and storyteller whose work explores healing, memory, the seasons of life, and the quiet journey of becoming. She wrote Each Season of Our Life: Poems Written Between Seasons, a deeply personal poetry collection written over nearly a decade. Through her writing, she reflects on love, loss, heartbreak, awakening, and the versions of ourselves we meet and sometimes leave behind along the way. HN is also the creator and writer behind Mystic Pages & Tea, where she writes about the natural world, spirituality, seasonal living, and the stories that help lead us home. Originally from Tennessee and now based in Alabama, HN finds inspiration in changing seasons, old stories, quiet mornings, cups of tea, and the belief that every season of our lives has something to teach us.
